IPhone 4S - Reveiw

The iPhone 4S is a touchscreen slate smartphone developed by Apple Inc. It is the fifth generation of the iPhone, a device that combines a widescreen iPod with a touchscreen, mobile phone, and internet communicator. It retains the exterior design of its predecessor, iPhone 4, but is host to a range of improved hardware specifications and software updates compared to the previous model. Integrated software and hardware changes support the introduction of new user interface and functions by Apple. Highlights include a voice recognizing and talking assistant called Siri, personal computer independence, cloud-sourced data (iCloud) and an improved camera system. A selection of the device's functions can be controlled by voice.
The iPhone 4S was unveiled at Apple's "Let's Talk iPhone" event on October 4, 2011 in Cupertino, California. Apple started taking pre-orders for the iPhone 4S on October 7, 2011 in seven initial countries (United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Japan) with a first delivery date set for October 14, 2011, and available on that same day for direct store sales in those countries. It was released in 22 more European, American and Asian countries, including Ireland, Mexico and Singapore on October 28.
It will be available on 100 carriers in 70 countries overall, including AT&T, Verizon, and for the first time, also for Sprint and C Spire customers in the United States. In Japan it will be available for au (a KDDI brand) and Okinawa Cellular, for the first time.
For US customers, while pre-orders for purchasers buying contracts started on October 7, 2011, unlocked (contract-free) sales are expected to begin in November 2011. AP said that AT&T described early iPhone 4S demand as "extraordinary".

Samsung Galaxy Nexus - Reveiw

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is a forthcoming  touchscreen Android Smartphone by Samsung of Google. The phone and operating system were developed collaboratively by engineers from both companies. It is the third generation successor to the Nexus One and Nexus S Google’s previous flagship phones. It has an entirely new design and includes a host of hardware and software upgrades including a curved HD display, an improved camera system, and Google’s new version of its Android operating system (Android 4.0, codenamed “Ice Cream Sandwich”). The name is the result of co-Branding between Samsung’s Galaxyand Google’s Nexus brands of Android smartphones.

The Galaxy Nexus was unveiled at Google and Samsung’s Ice Cream Sandwichevent on 19 October, 2011 in Hong Kong (18th October in the Western Hemisphere). It is scheduled to be released in November, 2011.

The Samsung Galaxy Note is an Andriod Smartphone and tablet computer that was announced by Samsung during IFA 2011 in Berlin Hardware specifications of the device include a dual-core 1.4GHz processor, a HD Super Amoled screen, an 8-MegaPixel main camer that can record 1080p video, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 802.11 b/g/n support for Wi-fi, and HSPA+ 21Mbps 850/900/1900/2100 mobile network support.

Reviewers have noted that the Galaxy Note is a high-quality device with an excellent display, but expected to have a high price (UK £495). It is regarded as a pioneer (following the unsuccessful Dell Streak) in the 5-inch smartphone/tablet market, but that it remains to be seen if this format, which aims to combine the features of both a big smartphone and a small tablet, will be successful.

The Galaxy Note is expected to be available in the US on October 24, 2011 and in the UK on November 1, 2011. But it’s now available in Germany via Notebook.de. The FCC approved the Galaxy Note on September 27, 2011.
